- Handle customer service tasks and business processes when assigned.
- Ability to handle customer phone and email enquiries.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, with experience of at least 1 year.
- Experience in Call Centre Management.
- Excellent in communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to interact with all levels of people.
- Strong team player.
- Take initiative and seek ways to improve workflow and processes to enhance organization's customer service function. -
- To liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
