Terms and Conditions
- This card is non-transferable.
- Cardholder must present this card for
entitlement of discounts or privileges at participating outlets.
- Use of this card signifies the acceptance of
the terms and conditions of nEbO card, as amended from time to time
- Privileges offered are subjected to nEbO card
merchants’ prevailing terms and conditions.
- Privileges offered are not valid with other
discounts, promotions or membership cards.
- Loss card must be reported immediately. A $10
replacement fee will be imposed.
- nEbO may, from time to time, at its sole
discretion, involve third parties as “Partners” in the
Programme. These partners and the basis on which they are participating
will be displayed in the nEbO website.
- The rights and obligations of nEbO under the
Programme may be assigned or transferred by nEbO to any other related or
unrelated entity at any time, and performance thereafter shall be the
responsibility of that entity.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and
are to be in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
- Membership of the Programme is available to
non-working individuals aged 12 to 21 years old.
- Persons under the age of 12 may not join the
Programme due to the relevant legal restrictions applying to minors.
Companies or corporate legal entities are ineligible for membership.
- nEbO reserves the right, in their sole
discretion, to immediately terminate an offending member’s
membership and account (without being liable for any refund of membership
fees) if a member acts in a manner inconsistent with any local law or
ordinance, or in an abusive manner towards an employee of nEbO or its
agents, or otherwise misuses the benefits of membership.
- nEbO makes no warranties or representations,
either express or implied, and expressly disclaims any and all liability
(including consequential damages) with respect to type, quality or fitness
of goods or services provided through nEbO membership.
- In order to be accepted for membership, persons
applying for membership must accept the Privacy Terms outlined below.
- nEbO reserves the right to amend the terms and
conditions stated at its own discretion without prior notice.
Privacy Terms
- nEbO has the right to use membership
information stored in computers regarding activities related to marketing
and marketing communication. by accepting these Privacy Terms the members
consents to nEbO processing personal data about the member and the
member’s activities within the Programme for the purposes of
administrating the Programme, controlling and implementing reservations
and other orders, coordinating activities and special offerings with
participating outlets, and marketing.

have the right of access to your data and to rectify such data, by sending
